Delivery Time & Costs>

All orders will be dispatched on regular working days, monday to fridays. Please note that the following delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.

Delivery times may be a little longer during sales and public holidays.

When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail which you can use to track your order.

Service Delays>

JAZZZ is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. Similarly, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays. In cases such as these, please directly contact courier company with any inquiries about the status of your package or email our Customer Service department at helloimjazzz@gmail.com

Will I be charged shipping for a return?

Yes, you are responsible for return shipping and we recommend purchasing delivery confirmation or tracking. In the event that you choose to forgo secured tracking, Jazzz is not responsible for the package if it is lost or otherwise not received.

Return Policy
If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason besides defect (see limitations down), you will be responsible for return shipping charges. We will ship your replacement item(s) at no additional shipping charge.

– Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase.

– Items purchased in the sale period will not be refunded.

– Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
